Joining the staff in 2025, Carson Sharp has elevated De Anza’s recruiting strategy through digital outreach, film analysis, and player relationship management.

After playing under Coach D’Agostino at College of the Sequoias, Sharp earned a scholarship as a long-snapper at Oregon State University.

Sharp recently served as recruiting coordinator and special teams assistant coach at Lighthouse Christian College.

He helped recruit two of the deepest classes in recent program history to his former school, including key transfers and prep standouts from across the nation.
