STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE OF TITLE IX GENDER EQUITY (R4 Form)
De Anza College is committed to providing equitable athletic opportunities, teams and facilities for women and men.
The college's annual report to the U.S. Department of Education, in accordance with the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act of 1994 (EADA), includes the following:
- number of students, male and female, who are participating in the various sports programs offered by the college
- number of head and assistant coaches for each sport based upon gender and full or part-time status
- operating expenses
- athletically-related student aid
- recruiting expenses for each team
- salaries for head and assistant coaches
