Jack Harper, the sophomore right hander from De Anza, continued his masterful start to the year this past week. Harper tossed a complete game shutout against Laney on Saturday to help his squad secure the win. He only allowed two hits in the contest and punched out 11 Laney hitters. This continues his dominant start to the year, he now has 21 innings pitched with a 0.43 ERA, a 0.86 WHIP, and 23 strikeouts. This is his first Nor Cal Pitcher of the Week award after being the Coast North Pitcher of the Week last week.

The sophomore catcher from Cosumnes River, Noah Canter, had a monster week at the plate. He had multi-hit games in all three of his team's contests this week, including having two homers in two of the games. He collected 22 total bases in just 11 at-bats, giving him a ridiculous 2.000 slugging percentage on the week. The big week offensively helped the Hawks go 3-0 on the week. This is his first Nor Cal Player of the Week award this year.
