Bio

David Kobata is entering his third year as athletic trainer at De Anza College.

Prior to joining DA, he worked at Evergreen College and San Jose City College. He was also employed at Fyzical Therapy & Balance of Fremont.

In 2007 and again in 2012, Kobata assisted with the San Jose SaberCats (champs in 2007) of the Arena Football League.

He earned his B.S. in Athletic Training from San Jose State University.

Off campus, he volunteers at Temples festival every summer. During free time, he enjoys spending time with his golden retriever, Shadow.
